Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team in Tamworth. In this role, you will assess, treat, and discharge a diverse range of inpatients while collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and effectively communicating with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for inpatients.

Facilitate effective discharge planning, including discussions with families.

Collaborate with the MDT to ensure cohesive patient care and manage challenging conversations with professionalism.
Key Requirements:

Hold a BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy and full HCPC registration.

Demonstrated ability to assess, treat, and discharge a variety of inpatients.

Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work as part of a team.

Must be available for on-site work; remote working is not permitted.
