Empowering Learning are looking to add a recruitment consultant to our team from September 2024? The role will be full time and permanent. Hours of work will be 7-4 or 7:30-4:30

About Empowering Learning

Empowering Learning have been established for over 15 years and have offices around the UK in addition to teams in Canada and New Zealand who support our international recruitment. Our office in Nottingham is looking to add to our team.

What Are We Looking For:

  • Somone with previous experience in a recruitment environment
  • Someone who possesses knowledge of the education sector
  • An individual who is resillient and can overcome challenges
  • Someone to contribute towards the wider goals of the team
  • An individual who can build relationships with clients and candidates

Duties Within The Role:

  • Calling clients and candidates each day
  • Selling prospective candidates into new and existing client schools
  • Carrying out service visits and meetings with clients
  • Ensuring all relevant safeguarding checks are completed on candidates
  • Attending conferences and events to help drive business
