What You Will Do:

- Lead the management and development of Team Leaders and colleagues within your designated section.

- Ensure adherence to all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards within your section.

- Coordinate and deliver effective planning for customer visits and audits as the Section lead.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across a range of areas, with guidance from the Production Manager.

- Conduct line side checks for potential efficiency and productivity improvements.

- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for designated areas, ensuring the effective capture of data for further analysis.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience as a Section Manager or Team Leader within a production or manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated ability in implementing change and continuous improvement in a production setting.

- Strong people management skills, capable of leading and motivating a diverse team.

- Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Solid analytical and time management skills, with experience in coaching, developing, and mentoring teams.
