Finance Systems Manager, East Midlands/Remote
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a finance systems manager to work at a leading, full-service law firm in East Midlands. Based within the finance systems team, the main purpose of this role will be to maintain and develop the finance systems and improve processes.
Main day to day responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the practice management system and managing systems upgrades.
- Developing an understanding of how the finance systems interact.
- Managing user access and security.
- Monitoring databases, managing month-end system close and ensuring tasks are run.
- Investigating and resolving system issues.
- Extracting data and designing reports.
- Dealing with complex system requests and queries.
- Reviewing business process and documentation.
- Reviewing data integrity for the finance systems.
Main experience and skills required:
- Excellent knowledge of Aderant and PowerBI.
- Excellent working knowledge of SQL.
- Project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills.
