The responsibilities of the role include painting a range of vehicles using a water-based paint scheme, mixing and color matching paints, undertaking vehicle prep work, and performing small repairs or full resprays of vehicles.
Vehicles can range from small family cars to light commercial vehicles, and the work is carried out in a fast-paced, well-equipped bodyshop.
The ideal candidate should be able to paint vehicles to a high standard, have experience in mixing water-based paints, possess excellent attention to detail, hold a full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offenses, and have their own air-fed mask and paint guns.
Applicants should be able to work under their own initiative as well as being a team player.

The Role:

Mixing and colour matching own paints prior to painting the vehicles.
Undertaking some final prep of vehicle prior to paint.
Painting small repairs on a single panel through to full resprays of vehicles.
Vehicles can range from small family cars through to light commercial vehicles.
Working in a fast paced, modern, well equipped bodyshop.

What kind of person we are looking for?

Able to paint vehicles to a high standard.
Experienced in mixing water-based paints.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must hold a full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
Must have own air-fed mask and paint guns.
Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
