The Student Services Administrator is the first point of contact for students. This may involve medical, pastoral or general administrative enquiries. It is a contact point for parents by phone, email and text. To provide support to SLT effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming service requests and ensure timely response and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Educate clients about our services, helping them understand their options and benefits.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to schedule appointments and dispatch resources effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to service performance.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
