The Student Services Administrator is the first point of contact for students. This may involve medical, pastoral or general administrative enquiries. It is a contact point for parents by phone, email and text. To provide support to SLT effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming service requests and ensure timely response and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Educate clients about our services, helping them understand their options and benefits.
- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule appointments and dispatch resources effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to service performance.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and service management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
