Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be supporting our client in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting sales and logistics operations within a fast-paced, international business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to track deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Manage incoming stock from suppliers, flagging and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
  • Oversee Logistics, including preparation and submission of required documentation.
  • Handle sample requests, ensuring timely dispatch and exceptional presentation.
  • Logging product issues and following up on resolutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries, delivering professional and helpful service.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately within the team.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings to support smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain up-to-date product information, including specifications, codes, and supplier records.

About You

  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a sales support, logistics, or supply chain role is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
