Project Engineer

Melksham

£35,000 - £40,000 + 36 days annual leave + PMI + EAP + Progression

Due to continued success within the business and a growing order book, my client are looking to add to their Projects team with the addition of a Project Engineer.

We are looking for an ambitious individual. The client will look at either someone who has previous experience working as project Engineer, or a Graduate in Electronics Engineering or similar, who is looking to break into the world of project engineering, this represents a brilliant opportunity to be part of an industry leading team.

The Role:

  • Responsible for full technical documentation, test plans, test reports, project schedules etc.
  • Ownership of the documentation produced and sending project schedules to customers.
  • Liaising with all parties, ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Communicating with both internal/external stakeholders - helping resolve any issues.
  • Typically 1 or 2 projects at a time, high value, low volume products.

The Candidate:

  • Electronics or electrical engineering degree.
  • Prince2 - desirable
  • Strong technical understanding.
  • Experience running projects, either professionally or as apart of degree.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
