Juice is thrilled to be supporting a global and hugely successful business in their search for a brand new hire! This role is based within the Melksham office.

DAY TO DAY:

Responsibility for all Product Critical Paths

Overseeing all stages of the product lifecycle ensuring each stage is executed efficiently and effectively to meet project goals.

Managing all samples, Physical and photos sharing as needed and feeding back to suppliers.

Overseeing all approvals from licensors and actioning a required

Creating briefs for designers and working closely with them throughout process to ensure meet requirements.

Working with closely with freelancers ensuring they have required tools documents to complete briefs.

Managing artwork, ensuring all information included for factory to get sample correct first time and consistency across branding, text placement and colour.

Reporting to wide team weekly product status on all active ranges and requesting follow actions as needed

Working with suppliers on new formats/ specs and presenting at product meetings’ for signs off

Liaising with wider teams for sample requirements and customers feedback on new and existing ranges

Attending regular product meetings, providing updates on all products and ranges

Overseeing all products files, process in place ensures all Artwork, photos, documents etc, are organised and filed correctly.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

2-3 years’ experience within a similar role and industry

Working knowledge of production critical paths

Deadline-driven with fantastic organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

A confident team player and able to work on own initiative.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Confident using Excel and other database systems.

Experience working in a smaller business.
