My client is currently seeking a proactive and engaging part-time Reception Administrator to join their friendly and well-established team in Melksham. You will play a vital role in the business, as you will be welcoming all visitors, ensuring they are signposted correctly and supporting the wider team for all administrative tasks.

The role:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors on-site
  • Answering all inbound calls
  • Sorting the morning post and delivering to clients
  • Booking conference room meetings
  • General administration including filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Providing refreshments for visitors
  • Updating and maintaining the in-house database

Person specification:

  • Previous reception/administration experience
  • A professional and engaging manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

The company offers a supportive and dedicated team environment, where full training will be given.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2pm (27.5 hours per week).
