Position: Administrator/ Coordinator and Senior Administrator / Coordinator

Location: Melksham, Wiltshire

Salary: From £23,000 to £26,500 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Administrator/ Coordinator and a Supervisor for a full time, permanent position based in an office in Melksham.

This position will be working for an established building services company who deal with planned and reactive maintenance on sites across Wiltshire. These sites will include Schools, Offices, Leisure Centres, Library's as well as other sites.

This administrator will be office based. They will be dealing directly with the clients supporting them with their maintenance requirements, processing this through the CRM system, organising engineers to go to site, working closely with suppliers, processing invoices, inputting time sheets as well as other administrative duties.

The right person for this position will already have office administration experience, they need to be able to pick up new systems as well as have excellent communication skills. We would like this person to have some experience coordinating engineers or working as a coordinator in other industries.

For the senior position we do need this person to have experience in coordinating engineers and must have experience in supporting a team

Please note that this is an office based position. There will be no hybrid working

Requirements

  • Strong office administration experience
  • Based in a short commute to Melksham
  • Must be happy to take an office basedposition
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Coordinating experience would be preferred
