Job Title: Administrator (Temporary 6-8 Weeks)

Job Type: Temporary (6-8 Weeks) You must be available to start ASAP.
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and organising documents, emails, and files Answer phone calls and respond to queries in a professional manner
- Support the team with data entry and updating records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle office supplies and inventory management Assist with general office duties as required
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
