In this role you will work a days-based position based in the main workshop, you will be taking on a group of students and delivering programmes, writing block reports, monitoring apprentice progress and contacting future employers. You will be teaching up to levels 1 and 2 both in theory as well as practical working with a bias towards practical.

The ideal candidate will be fully skilled with a minimum of level 2 vocational qualification in their industry or equivalent. Ideally you will be based in or around the Rearsby area and come from a Brick working/Bricklaying background. You will be supportive, willing to learn new things, open minded and keen to improve on existing skillsets. Any experience in tutoring / mentoring / assessing is desirable.
