HR Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR across the entire employee life-cycle, providing a professional HR service to all employees while acting as an ambassador for people-related policies and procedures.

Own transport required due to remote location.

Description of the role:

  • Building relationships with department managers.
  • Meeting with department managers to offer proactive support.
  • Assisting with investigations and grievance hearings.
  • Reporting on various HR data metrics.
  • Supporting the HR team with projects.
  • Ensuring compliance of all Right to Work documentation and on boarding documentation.
  • Reviewing policies and procedures.

About you:

  • Experience of working within a similar Advisory role.
  • Own transport required due to location.
  • This is a part-time role working across 5 days.
  • Able to interpret and translate HR data.
  • CIPD Level 5 preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in HRIS technology.
  • A passion for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
