Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term plans, focusing on growth, innovation, and market expansion.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, production, and quality control to ensure the delivery of high-quality equipment.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability.
- Sales and Market Development: Lead sales and marketing efforts to identify new markets, expand the customer base, and achieve sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, providing guidance and support to achieve company goals.
- Product Development: Drive innovation in product development, staying ahead of industry trends, and ensuring that [Company Name]'s products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance quality control processes to ensure the consistency and reliability of our equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the company's reputation.
- Board Relations: Collaborate with the board of directors to provide regular updates on company performance, strategic initiatives, and key decisions
Skills Required
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Managing Director or in a similar capacity within the manufacturing industry.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of equipment manufacturing and the foodservice industry would be a bonus
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
