Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award winning Privately owned Spa in the Leicestershire area and they have an exciting opportunity for a Bar Manager overseeing 2 bars, to join their team.

What's involved in this Bar Manager role?

Assume full responsibility for two Bars in respect of operation, personnel and in delivering a warm, professional anticipatory service.
Working over two Bars - you will need to balance the needs of both departments ensuring your team are well cared for and valued and appreciation shown for the work they do.

Previous similar experience in a Bar Manager role
Spa Hotel experience
Food & Wine knowledge
Leadership
