Mbf are working with an established Independent Financial Planning organisation to recruit an experienced Paraplanner. Role Overview: We are seeking a Paraplanner to join their growing technical team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in handling complex cases, working closely with both clients and financial planners to deliver exceptional financial planning solutions. As a senior member of the paraplanning team, you will bring your expertise and experience to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with financial planners to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, recommendations, and presentations for clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of financial documentation and client files.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior paraplanners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paraplanning
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and tax planning.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g. Diploma in Financial Planning)
  • Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
