Our client, a leading Equity Release Brokerage, is seeking an experienced Equity Release Broker to expand their self-employed offerings.
The ideal candidate should have qualifications in Equity Release such as CeRER or ER1, along with relevant experience.
This position provides 3-5 appointments per week, with an average loan size of £100,000.
Compensation includes a percentage of both adviser fees and proc fees, with enhanced rates for self-generated leads.
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role exceed £60,000, with opportunities available nationwide.

This is a role geared towards an experienced Equity Release Broker who needs leads and appointments

This company is now one of the largest in the country and backed by a major financial institution

You will be qualified in Equity Release with either CeRER or ER1 or equiv

The company will commit to 3-5 appointments per week

Average loan size Nationally £100000

You receive a % of both adviser fee and proc fee with uplifted rates for self gen

OTE £60000+
