Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations - with the goal of taking full ownership of accounts over time.
  • Support the budgeting process and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
  • Assist in providing detailed financial analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and drive the implementation of best practices within the finance team.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy during audits.
  • Assist in the implementation of a new company-wide system to enhance efficiency.
