Are you looking for an opportunity to expand your skillset and gain exposure working within a growing organisation? Working as the Management Accountant, you will be joining the business for a period of 12 Months + to cover a gap in the team. Starting soon, you will be a Qualified accountant with a strong group accounting experience. You will be joining on a Fixed Term Contract basis, offering a generous salary + car allowance + bonus. You will be working closely with the Group Management Accountant, you will support with leadership of the internal reporting team. Taking ownership of many tasks across the group accounting functions and continuous improvement projects.This will be a great chance to gain experience in a growing and developing a site, whilst working within a lean finance team. Supporting internal reporting, you will create a positive high-performance culture and look for continuous improvement opportunities. Along with this, you will ensure processes and controls are maintained and act as a business partner throughout the organisation. You will support key internal reporting requirements and implement any new and improved ways of working.
