Apprenticeship Admin Coordinator

Join an excellent FE college as an Apprenticeship Coordinator. This role is crucial in supporting and coordinating the delivery of specified apprenticeship programmes in Engineering and Construction, meeting the needs of local employers and equipping learners with essential skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate and deliver learner interviews, induction, and enrolments for new apprentices, ensuring the timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Manage the administration and data monitoring activities for apprenticeships within the curriculum areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and manage all relevant learner information.
  • Support tutors with the coordination of timely review activities.
  • Monitor and track enrolment, registration, and exam claims.
  • Liaise with the End Point Assessment Coordinator to confirm activities as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate Internal Verification processes.
  • Support the progression of learners by coordinating access to the Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance service.
  • Assist with promotional and recruitment events for Apprenticeship provision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role, including regular data reporting.
  • Experience with apprenticeship qualifications is ideal.
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, or willingness to undertake.
  • Level 2 Business Administration qualification, or equivalent.
