Basic salary of £25K (pro rata) and an OTE of £30,000 based on revenue Share Model for Closed Business.

We are seeking a passionate sales professional who excels in building and nurturing relationships. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a sales environment and be accustomed to working toward achievable targets, driven by key performance indicators (KPIs).
As the Sales Development Representative, you will proactively profile and build relationships with end-user organisations that align with our current ideal customer profile.
While prior experience in the technology industry is desirable, it is not essential, as we provide a comprehensive induction program. We are particularly interested in candidates who showcase flair and tenacity in their approach to multi-channel sales activities covering phone calls, email, direct messaging, networking and social media activities.
Duties:
• Develop a monthly to quarterly pipeline for our ideal clients.
• Achieve set monthly appointment setting targets.
• Introduce and articulate the company's go-to-market proposition.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to promote the company through social media channels, such as LinkedIn.
• Build multi-level customer profiles, including decision-makers and influencers.
• HubSpot CRM management.
• Manage inbound marketing leads.
• Make outbound calls to new prospects.
