Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their facility in Rotherham.
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 The Facilities Manager will lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of a large industrial site, responsible for managing both internal teams and external contractors to ensure the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the site’s buildings, infrastructure and services.
Duties of the Facilities Manager will include:
- Lead the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of all building systems to ensure safety, functionality, and operational excellence
- Actively involved in leading and promoting and continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Oversee and drive facility-related projects from inception through to successful completion
We would like to speak with Facilities Managers with the following:
- Ideally you will have proven experience in building systems, maintenance, and facilities management within a manufacturing or production environment
- Project management experience
- Experience in budget management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- A continuous improvement mindset
