Business Development Manager
Rotherham (Hybrid/Field Based)£35,000-£40,000 + Car Allowance & Uncapped Bonus (OTE £50,000)

Elevation Recruitment is excited to be recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our Client’s team and lead efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development whilst retaining and expanding contracts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Own the customer forecast, meeting annual sales and order targets.
- Manage the bidding process for contracts, including system designs and quotes.
- Develop compelling presentations to support customer meetings and initiatives.
- Stay ahead of competitor activity, ensuring our business maintains a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For:
- A background in security, CCTV or technical support is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, with a strong ability to manage customer and business relationships.
- Proficiency in business development practices and a solid understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently at all levels.
- Experience in bidding for contracts, including system design and quoting.
- Experience in the security industry is a plus, but not a requirement for the right candidate.
- Full UK driving licence
