About the Role:

Are you a creative and results-driven Marketing professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Our client, a prominent education group, is seeking a talented Group Marketing and Campaigns Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives across multiple channels, boosting learner recruitment and brand visibility.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic marketing team, support the Director of Marketing and Learner Recruitment, and help deliver the Group's ambitious marketing strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in increasing student recruitment, spanning learners aged 16-18, adult learners, apprentices, and degree-level students at the purpose-built University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing team in delivering high-impact recruitment campaigns both internally and externally.
  • Manage year-round campaign activity including advertising, media relations, and development of on/offline marketing materials.
  • Collaborate across the Group to ensure campaigns resonate with prospective learners, employers, and key influencers.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to stand out in a competitive education market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, including managing campaigns and working with media or journalism.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and communication skills to manage diverse campaigns and stakeholder relations.
  • Qualifications such as a Certificate in Marketing Diploma, alongside Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to undertake).
