CNC Punch & Press Brake Operator

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled CNC Operative to join a well-established manufacturer near Barnsley. This role has become available due to internal promotion and involves operating Punch, Press Brake, and Laser machines.

Role Details:

• Salary: £14.48 per hour
• Shift Pattern: Mornings & Afternoons

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Trumpf Punch, Press Brake, and Laser machines
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings
• Set up and calibrate machines as required
• Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal output

Requirements:

• Experience with Trumpf machines
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment
• FLT and Overhead Crane certifications are desirable but not essential
