Day-to-day of the role:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior housing management role within a local authority or similar organisation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
In-depth knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in managing large-scale housing projects, including repairs and compliance initiatives.
Commitment to sustainability and experience in implementing net zero strategies in housing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
