Day-to-Day of the Teaching Assistant Role:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within an SEN setting.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEMH and a dedicated approach to supporting their educational journeys.
  • Must possess a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with students facing emotional and social challenges.
  • A commitment to going above and beyond in supporting the educational and personal development of students with special needs.
