• Provide flexible support across various classes, adapting to the needs of students with special educational requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support lead teachers in delivering effective lessons.
• Engage with students to facilitate participation and learning, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Monitor and support the progress of students, providing feedback to lead teachers and contributing to assessments.
• Maintain a positive and adaptive presence in the classroom, ready to meet the changing needs of the day.

• Experience as a Supply Teacher Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within an SEN setting.
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and supporting children with special educational needs.
• Must possess a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
