Deputy Care Home Manager

Location: Rotherham

The Role

You will develop and oversee the work of the staff team at one of their Rotherham residential care homes.

The post holder to actively participate in managing, monitoring and ensuring that the service delivery meets with statutory and regulatory bodies requirements, develop and actively maintain the person centred care provided to their service users.

You will also develop and manage staff to enhance performance, promote and encourage constructive feedback and maintain an effective safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified to minimum of Level 3 NVQ in HSE or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 year’s significant supervisory experience in a relevant care setting within the past 5 years
  • Have experience of working with individuals with autism and behaviour which may challenge
