Senior Finance Analyst Hybrid Working

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a leading business in Rotherham as they look to bring in a new Senior Finance Analyst into the team. 

The purpose of the role is to support with key business decisions, working closely with Finance Business Partners and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for business performance. This will be a varied role with duties to include: - 

• Motivate, coach, and influence other members of the Finance team in areas of data and digitalisation• Support and challenge other members of the finance team using data to ensure right decisions are being taken• Drive forward process change across the organisation through use of automation techniques• Provide link between global/regional digitalisation team and the local Finance team to highlight specific initiatives that could be adopted locally• Work across business areas to provide consistent insight and analysis that drives data driven decisions • Support the whole of finance in identifying automation potential that improve overall business reporting• Supports & owns specific cross-functional projects• Supports Finance Manager for Data and Digitalisation with over all data and automation strategy • Drives the use of data to ensure consistency and speed of KPI reporting• Use of data and digitalisation tools to drive accuracy of reportingTo be successful you will ideally have the following skills and experiences: - • CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively influence both financial and non-financial stakeholders• Previous experience in creating models and analysis in Power BI or Similar• Ability to learn new data and automation techniques with own initiative• Previous experience in automation/digitalisation projects• Experience with project management methodologies • Superior time management skills• Good knowledge of SAP R3/Business Warehouse & IBM TM1 System is also desirableIf you are interested in this role, please send in your CV today!
