Essential Skills and Experience:

  • CeMAP Qualified: Possess a recognized qualification in mortgage advice.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a successful history of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of a wide range of mortgage products, lender criteria, and protection policies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favourable terms for clients and build strong relationships with lenders.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.

Remuneration:

  • Basic to £29,000 including car allowance
  • £600 per month financial guarantees for 6 months
