Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored mortgage and protection advice.
• Product Recommendations: Leverage your expertise to recommend suitable mortgage and protection products that align with clients' financial goals.
• Application Processing: Efficiently process mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• CeMAP Qualified: Possess a recognized qualification in mortgage advice.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a successful history of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
• Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of a wide range of mortgage products, lender criteria, and protection policies.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favourable terms for clients and build strong relationships with lenders.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.

Remuneration:

• Basic to £29,000 including car allowance
• £600 per month financial guarantees for 6 months
• Pension, DIS
• Bonus & Commission (10% to 25%)
• Uncapped earnings - OTE £55,000 - £75,000
