Finance Manager6 Month FTC£70,000Rotherham Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading business based in Sheffield who're looking for a Finance Manager for an interim period of 6-9 months.This role requires a dynamic individual with strong financial leadership and technical skills, particularly in cashflow management, consolidation, and audits.Key Responsibilities:
- Production of year-end statutory accounts
- Liaise with SLT to ensure information required for statutory submissions is obtained & accurate
- Prepare consolidated management accounts for all entities
- Leading the annual audit, and liaising with the external auditors
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure effective performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and business planning.
- Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and process improvement.
Key Skills:
- Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ ACA) or QBE
- Good working knowledge of Excel and working with large sets of data
- Knowledge of Manufacturing would be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
