  • Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, starting from the pre-development phase and maintaining oversight throughout development, validation, and implementation.
  • Facilitate a seamless handover of projects to the implementation team, ensuring the successful transition of products into production.
  • Manage resource allocation efficiently, ensuring the team is well-prepared to meet current project deadlines and future roadmap developments.
  • Continuously monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.

Essential Requirements:

  • Advanced programming skills in C and C++, with strong knowledge of C++11 and STL (Standard Template Library).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in hardware development and a deep understanding of the interaction between hardware and software components.
  • Experience in designing products for high-volume manufacturing, including testing and quality assurance protocols.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and approvals, particularly related to EN certifications and product testing compliance.
  • A relevant software qualification, such as a Degree, HND, or HNC, to further support your technical expertise.
  • Knowledge or experience with Chinese language skills for collaboration with international teams, particularly when working closely with the team in China.
