Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and a knack for accurate, timely quotations? Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working with our South Yorkshire-based client, recruiting a Sales Estimator to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering quality B2B sales service.
Sales Estimator Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers to create precise, timely quotes that align with their project needs and specifications
- Identify and suggest additional products that would benefit each customer’s project, supporting revenue goals while enhancing the customer experience
- Assist with quote follow-ups, requotes, and forecast updates to streamline sales efforts
- Build strong, positive relationships with existing and new clients, providing them with all necessary information to ensure smooth project conversions
- Help the team meet and exceed departmental and personal performance goals
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails, directing customers to the appropriate department as needed
- Work with management on system enhancements, product ideas, and capturing details of high-profile projects for future marketing initiatives
Sales Estimator Skills & Experience:
- Sales estimating and quoting experience, ideally within doors & windows manufacturing or construction
- Driven, motivated, and tenacious
- Experience using CRMs
- Ability to provide a consultative and proactive approach to each customer
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to prioritize
- Ability to work to deadlines
