Elevation Recruitment Group are partnered with a leading manufacturer in Rotherham who are looking for a HSE Advisor to join the business. The business supply precision, advanced components to specialist industries.  As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a strong safety culture within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and review new and existing Health & Safety legislation to ensure compliance.

  • Develop, implement, and update Health & Safety policies and procedures.

  • Create and manage Health & Safety action plans, ensuring timely implementation.

  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure workplace safety across all departments.

  • Ensure all site equipment meets Health & Safety regulations.

  • Assist with fire risk assessments and emergency planning.

  • Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents, and near-misses.

  • Lead safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

  • Provide training and support to employees on Health & Safety best practices.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders regarding compliance matters.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety.

I'm keen to speak to HSE Advisor's with the following skillset:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate.

  • Experience with ISO 45001 and its implementation.

  • Manufacturing experience
