IT Support Technician

** Temporary IT Support Technician – 3 months  – Immediate Start **

Elevation Recruitment Group are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician on an initial 3-month basis.

This successful IT Support Technician will provide comprehensive support and management for PC’s, servers, and network infrastructure, and will be responsible for developing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting IT systems and hardware in line with departmental objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the IT networks perform reliably and efficiently
• Perform software and hardware installations, patching (including third-party products), upgrades, backup and recovery, business continuity, cyber-resilience, and troubleshooting
• Provide end user support for IT systems and hardware
• Conduct system maintenance, installations, patching, migrations, and upgrades outside normal working hours (remote work possible)
• Develop and conduct user training and IT awareness sessions
• Participate in the out-of-hours support of IT systems
• Administer corporate applications
• Be an active member of a team that innovates to create efficient and cost-effective solutions
• Work effectively in a challenging environment
