- Ensure financial targets are achieved by protecting and developing Key Accounts
- Take commercial responsibility and establish optimal cost models to maximise Key Account revenue and profitability
- Attend client meetings including regular structured formal reviews; minuting and sharing information with colleagues in the Sales team
- Where necessary, establish and define working processes for customer services, to best service key accounts and drive service excellence
- Provide monthly KPI reports showing actual against budget across internal key measurables
- Provide KPI reports to relevant key account contacts showing actual against target on defined client measurables
- When appropriate, take new product briefings from customers and be responsible for managing or overseeing project work
- Developing new ways to enhance the business with your customers and provide solutions to management
- Be the main point of escalation for Key Account issues or any unresolved issues
- Delivering presentations, online demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders when requires
