Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment up to Level 3, including study programmes, adult programmes, and apprenticeships.
- Engage in both workshop and classroom environments, focusing on electrical installations.
- Utilize an enthusiastic and engaging approach to motivate students and support them in achieving their potential.
- Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning.
- Monitor and track learner progress to promote positive outcomes.
- Participate in curriculum development and work collaboratively with the curriculum team and other departments.
- Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in a relevant field.
- Relevant teaching qualification and assessor's award, or willingness to work towards these.
- Experience in the electrical field, either in a practical or educational capacity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to deliver a blend of practical, theoretical, and digital learning experiences.
