Electrical Installation Lecturer

  • Salary: Up to £37,199 per annum including MFS (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment up to Level 3, including study programmes, adult programmes, and apprenticeships.
  • Engage in both workshop and classroom environments, focusing on electrical installations.
  • Utilize an enthusiastic and engaging approach to motivate students and support them in achieving their potential.
  • Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning.
  • Monitor and track learner progress to promote positive outcomes.
  • Participate in curriculum development and work collaboratively with the curriculum team and other departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in a relevant field.
  • Relevant teaching qualification and assessor's award, or willingness to work towards these.
  • Experience in the electrical field, either in a practical or educational capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to deliver a blend of practical, theoretical, and digital learning experiences.
