We are seeking a Digital Account Manager based in their Middlesbrough office. You will need to be a collaborative individual with the ability to build excellent client relationships. This role would suit a driven individual with strong ambitions and experience within the digital field. Duties as a Digital Account Manager:• Maintaining, developing and building new key relationships• Meeting customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention levels• Providing advice and upselling• Promoting the business offerings • Handing queries and arranging appointments• Increasing client engagement • Dealing with important data and reports• Any additional ad-hoc duties relevant to the post Skills:• Experience in an Account Manager position preferably from a Digital background• Strong problems solving skills• The ability to build rapport and trust• Excellent communication skills on all levels• Can manage workload and work towards KPI’s• Able to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative To be successful as a Digital Account Manager you will be passionate about delivering an excellent service. In return you will receive a basic salary between £30,000 - £35,000, plus a bonus scheme, with potential total earnings up to £50,000, plus company benefits and the opportunity for further development, working Monday-Friday.
