Your new roleKEY RESPONSIBILITIESNew Business DevelopmentIdentify and engage with decision-makers at high-potential UK-based brands through a mix of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachAssess lead quality based on predefined criteria, such as company size, industry, and digital marketing needsConduct discovery calls with interested prospects to understand their challenges, objectives, and budgetIdentify and prioritise high-potential opportunities that align with our agency's strengths and offeringsSchedule meetings between qualified leads and Digital Growth Strategists to facilitate in-depth discussions and needs assessmentsProvide comprehensive briefing notes to strategists, outlining key information about the prospect, their needs, and any relevant contextCollaborate with Digital Growth Strategists to develop customised proposals for qualified leadsBe an integral part of our lead nurture strategy and work closely with the strategists to drive high-quality meetingsKEY SKILLSExperience in lead generation or a similar role in salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.Self-motivated and able to work independentlyAttention to detail for accurate note taking and record keepingDetermined, driven and willing to learnTeam player and positive attitudeWhat you'll need to succeed Relevant up-to-date skills are required.
