My client based in Middlesbrough is currently looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role would suit someone who has direct managerial/team leader experience in a fast paced, customer service lead environment. You will be responsible for supervising a small team of agents, as well offering great customer care to an already established client base.
Duties of the role include:
- To lead and support a small team of customer service agents
- Adopting a hands on approach between managing the team, and building and developing your own existing client relationships
- To monitor the teams performance
- Handling of complaints in timely and professional manner
- Handling incoming customer queries for new business
- Liaising effectively between customer service and other departments, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels
Salary: £27k-£30k depending on experience
Hours: Mon-Fri, 40hrs per week (some flexibility with start and finish times)
Role: Immediate start, permanent from day one
