Fantastic new opportunity for an experienced sales executive to work as a New Homes Sales Executive on a site in Middlesbrough. This is a full time, permanent position working Thursday - Monday. The RoleWorking for a five star builder, the post holder will:Provide outstanding customer service, managing all customer enquiriesAchieve sales in line with targetsPromote panel of independent mortgage advisers and solicitors to ensure an efficient customer service and achievement of company timescalesComplete all administrative tasks in line with policy and timescalesUndertake market research within the new and secondhand housing marketMaintain excellent working relationships with site staffThe successful candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience to customers in the purchase of their home.
