Business Development Executive

Middlesborough (1 day remote per week)

£30,000 Base + Fantastic OTE (Approx £50,000 +), Company Shares & Benefits

Our client is an exciting, ambitious, rapidly growing AI powered Property Tech business. Due to rapid start-up growth, they now require a Lead Generator / Sales Executive to join the business.

The successful candidate will be motivated, ambitious with a genuine passion and love for winning business, someone who gets a buzz from a sale.

My client works within the estate and lettings sector providing cutting edge AI powered technology. They are looking for someone who will win new business/book demos for the software with new prospective clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Calling prospects to arrange demos
  • Building a detailed understanding of the customer and key growth areas
  • Engaging with customers and building rapport
  • CRM database updating to support your sales opportunities.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or similar roles
  • Previous experience within the property sector would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in using software tools including CRM systems
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive appointment generation initiatives
