Sales Support
Location: MiddlesbroughWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PMSalary: £25,000
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, process web orders, and resolve queries and complaints promptly.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, log enquiries, and assist the Sales Team.
- Ensure accurate processing and management of orders, including delivery and cancellations.
- Maintain records, manage price lists, and input data for sales and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and colleagues, and complete industry training to enhance technical knowledge.
Person Specification:
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high levels of customer service.
