This role is more than just support, it's about leading projects, designing solutions, and making a real impact for customers across the UK.What You'll Be Doing:* Technical Support - Provide expert remote & on site support for clients, ensuring smooth operations.* Project Implementation - Work closely with the Project Delivery Manager to plan, design, and execute IT projects.* Incident Management - Act as an escalation point for major incidents, working collaboratively to resolve critical issues.* Proactive IT Monitoring - Identify potential issues before they impact customers and recommend improved solutions.* Customer Excellence - Deliver outstanding customer service, keeping clients updated and ensuring seamless IT performance.* Continuous Learning - Stay ahead of the curve with research, testing, and professional development in emerging technologies.* Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practices to support the team.What You'll Bring to the Team:? 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, with server project experience.? Strong communication skills - confident in customer-facing situations.? Self-motivated & adaptable - able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.? Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities.? A proactive mindset - able to manage workloads, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.? A full, clean UK driving license - this role includes occasional travel.Technical Skills We're Looking For:?? Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).?? Infrastructure & Networking: Active Directory, Group Policy, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Hyper-V.? Cloud & Collaboration: Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.�? Network Security & Firewall Configuration.?? Server Migrations & Installations.Desirable Certifications:If you hold certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, or CCNA, that's a huge plus!
