Hays are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join their dynamic team in Middlesbrough. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Complex Accounts: Handle a portfolio of complex accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Cash Allocation: Efficiently allocate cash to the correct accounts, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Payment Schedules: Develop and manage payment schedules, ensuring clients adhere to agreed terms.
- Debt Recovery: Proactively manage and recover outstanding debts, maintaining positive client relationships.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status and outstanding debts for management review.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in credit control, particularly with complex accounts.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
