Optimum Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with a brilliant business based in Middlesbrough who are currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Support Administrator to join the team.

You will be highly professional and efficient, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal confidently with a range of tasks. You will be expected to liaise with various departments within the organisation, including senior management to provide updates on progress and feedback any issues.

You will provide administrative services to support the operations team and will also support the administration of the company management systems. The following skills will be integral to this position:

  • General administration experience with knowledge of document control
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, strong IT skills are a pre-requisite
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • A professional telephone manner
  • A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads efficiently

The site is not easily accessible by public transport so it is important you can drive. Free parking on site is available.

Salary up to £26,500 dependant on skills and experiences plus benefits.
