Brownlee Cale is recruiting an Electrical-biased QC Engineer for a civils project in Middlesbrough.

The role of a Quality Engineer includes: 

  • Producing and reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) and Inspection Test Records (ITR’s) 
  • Liaising with supply chain partners and clients to ensure we meet deadlines and maintain our high standards of work 
  • Reviewing quality documentation produced by others and providing feedback to ensure if meets our standards and is approved by both our team and client 
  • Conducting quality audits to ensure the Delivery team adheres to the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) 

What you’ll need: 

  • Knowledge of Electrical Engineering specifications 
  • Experience producing electrically focused ITP’s/ITR’s  
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud is beneficial  
  • Understand electrical and civil engineering principles and practices 
  • Have excellent communication, problem solving and teamwork skills 
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
